ProFlame® PN4131C

ProFlame-PN4131C is formulated flame retardant based on organic phosphorus component. It is suited for both GF-reinforced and unreinforced PA66 system.

Recommended dosage:

Processing instruction:

1.  Pre-drying the polyamide,the moisture content should be below 0.1 % (by wt.).

2.  The optimum conditions for incorporating should be determined in each individual case. Care must be taken to ensure homogeneous dispersion of all components.

3. In PA66 with GF30 system, the recommended extrusion temperature is 245°C-265°C; In PA6 with GF30 system, the recommended temperature is 225°C - 250°C.

4.  It is most suitable for equipment with weak shear force.

5.  High-quality non-alkali fiberglass is preferred.
